Tuesday- Nov. 8, 2011

9-1-1 Erratic Operation- 7:19 p.m.

North Main Street and Eliot Street- Reporting party stated that a vehicle following her was driving erratically (all over the road) and aggressively. The vehicle followed the reporting party into Framingham. Framingham PD notified.

Erratic Operation- 7:39 a.m.

North Main Street- Report of an erratic operation. Vehicle travelling northbound onto North Main Street and passing cars. Unable to locate vehicle.

9-1-1 Motor Vehicle Crash- 2:09 p.m.

North Main Street- Caller reported a two car motor vehicle accident.

 

Thursday- Nov. 10, 2011

9-1-1 Motor Vehicle Crash- 3:28 a.m.

Washington Street- Reporting party stated that he drove into the Route 16 sign at Woodland and Washington avoiding a deer and the vehicle is now disabled. CM&D notified and the vehicle was towed.

Assist Other Agency- 11:45 a.m.

Eliot Street- Assisting Natick PD with a house break in progress. Natick PD investigating whether or not a civil matter was involved.

Rail Road Complaint- 8:02 p.m.

Forest Street- Report of a train passing without lights flashing.

 

Friday- Nov. 11, 2011

Hazardous Conditions- 1:32 p.m.

Lake Street- Wire arching on the ground. NSTAR on the scene. Power cut to the live wire.

 

Saturday- Nov. 12, 2011

Hazardous Conditions- 9:54 p.m.

Prospect Street and Perry Street- Caller reported that he blew out two tires after hitting a pot hole. Cones put in the hazard.

 

Sunday- Nov. 13, 2011

Hazardous Conditions- 10:34 p.m.

Old Orchard Road- Large branch in the roadway blocking most of the street. Road closure signs put up.

 

Monday- Nov. 14, 2011

9-1-1 Motor Vehicle Crash-7:28 a.m.

Farm Road- Reporting party stated that there was a three car motor vehicle accident in the area of Farm Road. No injuries.

Disturbance- 7:47 a.m.

Stoney Brook Road- Reporting party that her husband was at the door trying to break in and smelled of alcohol. The reporting party said that the husband left in a Honda possibly headed to Walpole. Officers on scene. Husband gone on arrival. Divorce in progress, referred to restraining order at court.

Assist Other Agency, Arrest(s) Made- 1:26 p.m.

Washington Street- Middleboro PD reported a B&E suspect at a home in Sherborn. Middleboro detectives on scene. Suspect taken into custody. Vehicle seized pending forfieture. Francis Paiva, 28, of 316 Oak Street, in Brockton was arrested for alleged breaking and entering daytime for felony conspiracy, felony larceny from a building. Sandra Homan, 32, of 128 Craig Street, Milton was arrested for alleged breaking and entering building daytime for felony conspiracy, illegal possession of a class B substance, illegal possession of a class D substance and illegal possession of a class E substance.

 

Tuesday- Nov. 15, 2011

Dispute- 1:44 p.m.

North Main Street and Everett Street- Caller reported that there were two parties fighting in the street. One vehicle assisted with a flat tire.

9-1-1 Domestic Dispute- 9:48 p.m.

Ward Lane- Theodore Eskey, 18, of 22 Ward Lane, Sherborn was arrested for alleged domestic assault and battery.

 

Wednesday- Nov. 16, 2011

Motor Vehicle Crash- 5:38 a.m.

Western Avenue- White Audi sedan hit a deer in the area. Party reported the incident and could not find the deer. Party was not injured or in need of a tow.

 

Thursday- Nov. 17, 2011

Assist Other Agency- 8:06 a.m.

Whitney Street and Western Avenue- Operator of a vehicle stated that he was going to kill someone.
