Sherborn Police Arrest Two for Breaking-and-Entering

The following reports were provided by the Sherborn Police Department. Charges where mentioned do not indicate a conviction.


Sherborn Police received a report of two men breaking into a home on Ward Lane on August 27, before noon. The suspects were described as a tall white man in his 20's in a white T-shirt, jeans and boots, carrying bags, and a second party described as a shorter hispanic male wearing construction type clothes. 

Sherborn, Holliston and Mass. State police officers were dispatched and arrived at about 11:45 a.m., and began searching for the two suspects. The two suspects were in custody shortly afterward.
 
Calogero Lobrutto of Milford and Joseph Neri of Hopkinton, both 31, were arrested and charged with breaking-and-entering during the daytime, two charges of malicious damage--the front door and safe, larceny from a building, receiving stolen property over $250, and possessing burglarious instruments.

Both were taken to Natick District Court the following day. 

According to police reports, the Medway Police Department also reported an incident this morning where a tall skinny white male wearing a white t-shirt and jeans was in the area of a past break.
