Sherborn Police Log: Damaged Mailbox

The following information was provided by the Sherborn Police Department. When arrests are mentioned it does not indicate that there have been convictions.

Wednesday, October 3

Mailbox Damaged (9:13 a.m.) - A Maple St. resident reported that their mailbox had been struck earlier when the school buses were in the area. The caller had not witnessed the accident, and the information was reported about an hour after it happened. No other calls came in concerning a similar incident in the area.

Suspicious Activity (2:26 p.m.) - A call came in about an elderly man on a 3-wheel bicycle in the area of Farm Rd. and Lake St. The reporting party stated that the man appeared suspicious as he had belongings under a blanket on the back of the bike.
