Sherborn Police Log: Dogs Running Loose and Suspicious Activity

The following information was provided by the Sherborn Police Department. When an arrest is mentioned there is no indication of a conviction.

Friday, October 26

Noise Complaint (4:34 p.m.) - A caller from Farm Rd. reported hearing a noise that sounded like a canon going off. Officers checked out the area but didn't find anything.

Suspicious Activity (5:16 p.m.) - A Stoney Brook Rd. resident called to report that an individual is walking around the neighbor's house. Officers were dispatched and found that the homeowner was walking around the house.

Suspicious Activity (5:30 p.m.) - A caller from Maple St. reports that there is a young female wearing a blue backpack walking around barefoot with an adult. Officers checked but were unable to locate them.

Stolen Political Sign (11:42 p.m.) - A Green Ln. resident reports that his Obama sign was stolen at some point that day. There are no suspects at this time.
