Sherborn Police Log: Make Way for Chickens

The following information was provided by the Sherborn Police Department. When arrests are mentioned it does not mean there have been convictions.

Wednesday, September 26

Animal Complaint (7:24 a.m.) - Police received a call from highway personnel stating that there was a bird in the road on Maple St.

Chickens in the Road (11:47 a.m.) - A caller near the intersection of Farm Rd. and Forest St. reported that there were several chickens on the side of the roadway, but this had been about 15-20 minutes prior to the call.

Horsing Around (5:51 p.m.) - A caller reports that there are two horses running around loose near Huntington Ln. and Brush Hill Rd. The horses were located and returned to their residence.
