Erratic Driving (10:35 a.m.) - Sherborn Police responded to South Main Street and Bullard Street on a report of a black Mercedes SUV crossing the double-yellow lines several times.
Suspicious Money Orders (2:41 p.m.) - Police received a report of a suspicious man on North Main Street who had been allegedly purchasing multiple, one thousand dollar money orders with cash. The individual allegedly handed the money off and a second party attempted to purchase three more money orders of the same price.
Home Break-In (6:21 p.m.) - A Western Avenue resident reported to police that upon returning home she found the house had been broken into.
Wednesday, Aug. 15
Mailbox Damaged (9:05 a.m.) - A Bogastow Brook Road resident reported to police that their mailbox had been damaged; police received reports of 10 damaged mailboxes in the neighborhood.
Break-In on Western Ave. (10:16 p.m.) - A Western Avenue resident reported that someone had broken a window in his home, and that it appeared someone had rummaged through the property.
Thursday, Aug. 16 (7:48 p.m.) - Police received a report of a white four-door vehicle driving in circles around Sherborn Town Hall. Upon arrival police determined that the driver was learning to drive, and advised the driver to go to the Pine HIll School parking lot.
Saturday, Aug. 18
Natick Man Arrested (11:19 p.m.) - Sherborn Police arrested a 26-year-old Natick man on charges of operating a vehicle under the influence of liquor, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and a marked lanes violation.
