Sherborn Police Logs: Two OUI Arrests in Past Week

The Sherborn Police Department provided the following information. Patch prints all arrests. Charges do not indicate a conviction.

A 27-year-old woman was arrested for OUI liquor at 1:33 a.m. on North Main St. in Sherborn on July 14. Kristie Gagne, from Beverly, was charged with an OUI, negligent operation of motor vehicle, marked lane violations and speeding. Two passengers in the vehicle received written citations for open container violations. 

A 25-year-old man was arrested for OUI liquor at 9:48 p.m. on July 18. Phillip Frank, of Framingham, was arrested after police pulled him over for speeding on Kendall Ave.

On July 22, Sherborn Police responded to a call of a possible car/house break-in on Nason Hill Ln at 2:59 a.m. Police officers observed the rear door of the home open and new handprints on the glass of a vehicle door. A K9 unit was called at 3:45 a.m., and Millis Police were called to assists at 3:45 a.m. The suspect was not found, but police are still investigating.
