Less Than Ten Percent Of Voters Turn Out In Dover Election
The only contested race was for Cemetery Commission, won by Pope Hoffman.
Less than ten percent of voters turned out in Dover's Annual Town Election Monday.
The unofficial results came in with a total of 291 votes. There are over 3,000 registered voters in Dover.
The only contested race of the election was for a three-year seat on the Cemetery Commission, between Pope Hoffman and David MacTavish. Hoffman won the seat by an unofficial vote total of 215-68.

There was no candidate on the ballot for the three-year seat on the Dover-Sherborn Regional School Committee. There were 50 write-in votes cast for the position.
