Fifth Avenue, Hyannis Port: $32,500/month — This 4,123-square-foot home has only been on Zillow for five days. With 11 rooms, five bedrooms, four baths and a private neighborhood beach, it has several views of the sunrise and sunset over the ocean. It even has a view from the jacuzzi!

189 Clinton Ave, Falmouth: $36,833/month or $800 to $14,000/week — A Cape Cod estate with six bedrooms and four baths, this 4,000-square-foot home is located just off of Falmouth Harbor and is a short walk from the private beach.

45 Beacon St., Marblehead: $18,000/month — Another newcomer to Zillow, this house has only been listed for 10 days.
