Dover-Sherborn School Officials React To Number One Ranking By Boston Ranking

School officials were thrilled with the number one ranking by Boston Magazine.

Earlier this week, ranked the Dover-Sherborn Public School District tops out of 135 school districts in Massachusetts in their September issue, much to the delight of D-S school officials.

The district’s Superintendent Valerie Spriggs said, “I am very proud of DSPS #1 ranking by Boston Magazine. The credit for such a ranking belongs to the teachers, staff, administrators, students, and two great communities of dedicated citizens who constantly support their schools. The Dover-Sherborn Education Foundation, Positive, CSA, and PTO are organizations who lend their support to the educators and students’ needs through grants and numerous support programs. It truly is a reflection of two communities focused on supporting an excellent school system.”

Middle School Headmaster Frederick Randall said, “It’s always an honor to get such recognition, obviously very proud of that.”
