Author Michael Tougias will appear at the Dover Town Library tonight at 7:00 pm to give a slide presentation on his new book The Finest Hours: The True Story of the U.S. Coast Guard’s Most Daring Sea Rescue. 

The program is sponsored by the Friends of the Dover Library and is free and open to the public.
