Residents Enjoy EMS Sporting Demo at Hale Reservation
The demo was held on Saturday, June 30, and welcomed residents from the surrounding area.
It was a fun weekend for one group of nature lovers from the area.
Rachel, Patricia and Katie Fergus and Sydney and Jade Landolphi, of Westwood, all took to on Saturday for an hosted by Eastern Mountain Sports. The event was open to the public free of charge at Hale, which lies on the border of Dover.
A handful of representatives from nearby EMS stores were on hand Saturday to provide attendees with kayak and other outdoor sporting demonstrations from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., free of charge. Attendeers were granted 20 percent off their next purchase of a kayak or related accessories a nearby store.
