C&L Frosty has 20 different flavors of ice cream to choose from. More than enough on a hot day!
The results of this week’s Best Of Readers’ Choice series are in. With 64% of the vote C&L Frosty was voted as having the Best Ice Cream in Dover and Sherborn. The runner up Bubbling Brook of Westwood garnered 35% of the vote. C&L Frosty was orignally opened 35 years ago and has been a popular establishment since day one. Here diners can enjoy their favorite ice cream, including flavors like Toll House Cookie and Moose Tracks as well as traditional classics. The restaurant also serves entrees, including fish and chips, burgers, hot dogs and fried chicken. There is plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, too. Lovell's Flowers & Nursery in Medfield has been named the best florist in the area by Dover-Sherborn Patch readers.
This past week, we asked readers to fill us in on who the best florist in the Dover-Sherborn area is. After days of polling, the results are in! Lovell's Flowers & Nursery has been chosen as the best florist shop in the area. Our unscientific D-S Patch poll shows the majority of readers will be stopping by Lovell's for their floral needs in time for Mother's Day, prom and graduations. The Main Street floral shop claimed 80-percent of the votes. In second place with 20-percent of the votes was Westwood Gardens Flower Shop in Westwood. Lovell's is located at 160 Main St. and offers a variety of floral options, including traditional bouquets. Thanks to everyone who voted in our poll!
The winner of this week's Best of Patch is (drumroll please) Kierce and Company Hair and Barber Studio. The salon, located on South Main Street in Sherborn next to the Dunkin Donuts, was voted the best in Dover and Sherborn by a landslide with 96 percent of voters. Kierce and Company is a full-service hair salon and barber shop for men and women, with services including cutting, styling and coloring hair, as well as shaves and trims.
