1. Today is Presidents Day. In celebration of President George Washington's birthday, Presidents Day is celebrated on the third Monday of February. 2. All Dover-Sherborn Public Schools will be closed all week for winter vacation. Classes will resume on schedule on Monday, February 27, 2012. 3. The Charles River School is closed today in observance of Presidents Day. 4. In observance of President's Day the following places in the town of Dover and Sherborn will be closed today. 5. Although D-S Public Schools are on February vacation, the boys and girls varsity hockey teams will be in action today. 1. Today the country celebrates Martin Luther King Jr. Day. It is observed each year on the third Monday of January, around the day of his birthday, Jan. 15. 2. Dover-Sherborn public schools are closed today in observance of MLK Day. Other local schools observing the holiday are the Charles River School, Tri-County Regional Vocational Technical High School, and Minuteman Career & Technical High School. 3. Both the Dover Town House and Sherborn Town Hall will be closed today. 4.
