1. Sunday is the 10th anniversary of the September 11 terrorist attacks. People around the country will be gathering for memorials and vigils to remember those who died and to thank the emergency responders who were there on that day. In Dover, a ceremony to recognize the 10th anniversary of 9/11 will be held on Sunday at 11:15 a.m. The ceremony will be held at the flag pole at the Dover Town House.
