The deadline to upload photos in the contest is 5 p.m. tomorrow (Monday). For die-hard skiers, this is one of the best times of the year. In our photo contest this week, we want to see pictures of skiing. We know you have 'em! We’ll take submissions until 5 p.m. Jan. 14. The winner, chosen by Patch editors, will be announced on Jan. 15. The prize? A $25 gift card. We know it can be hard to choose just one, so you may enter as many photos as you'd like. If you like a particular photo, voice your support for it in the comments. Eligibility is limited to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 and older. Santa has had a busy schedule in the MetroWest area this month. (See our map for all the places he has been or will be.) In our photo contest this week, we want to see your photos with or of Santa. So, whether it's that great shot you snapped of your less-than-thrilled toddler on his lap, or the picture you captured as he waved from his sled in an area parade, upload away. For nearly a week, Patch readers have been uploading awesome photos of local sports games. We've crowned our winner.
Our photo contest this week attracted nearly 40 pictures of local sports. But we could only choose one. All photos uploaded before 6 p.m. yesterday were under consideration to be crowned the winner in Patch's Picture of the Week Contest. This wasn't an easy decision! After deliberating, we had to go with AJT's shot of Marlborough's 2012 U9 baseball team celebrating the state championship. Congratulations, AJT, and thank you to all those who participated!
