No journey is complete without scouring the local stores for unique trinkets or picking up a gift or two for friends and family back home. Today, get out and explore the unique local stores and all they have to offer. See what treasures you can discover. The Good As New Shop is located in the basement of the Unitarian Universalist Church at First Parish in Sherborn at 11 Washington St. The shop is run by volunteers from the church’s Women’s Alliance open only on Wednesdays from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. The shop accepts on average 750 items every Wednesday. Volunteers inspect the items carefully to make sure they are “good as new”. To sell an item at the shop a consigner must pay an eight dollar registration fee. The consigner sets the price and …
