Josh Heenan is the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach at Moore Physical Therapy in Southport, CT where he oversees Moore’s semi-private and personal training. His clients range from youth to profession baseball players, Olympic hopefuls, and everyday people looking to achieve a better body and the highest performance goals.
As Head Strength and Conditioning Coach for Sacred Heart University’s Baseball Program, Josh runs all aspects of training, nutrition, and mental preparation. In Josh’s four years at SHU, the baseball team has been in the Northeast Conference Finals all four years, winning the conference the past two seasons. Winning the NEC championship has earned SHU consecutive NCAA Division I National Tournament bids.
As a competitive weightlifter and former collegiate baseball player, Josh offers a wide array of athletic experience to each of his clients. Along with coaching both teams and individuals for the past 10 years, he understands the value of proper strength training and conditioning to optimize performance on the field.
