Students Plan Presidential Primary Food Drive

Food donations will go to A Place to Turn, a food pantry based out of Natick.

The Student Director Leadership Program at the Sherborn Community Center, in conjunction with Sherborn Town Clerk, Carole Marple, has announced a food drive on Tuesday, March 6, Presidential Primary Day.

“A Place to Turn, an emergency food pantry in Natick, is always in need of non-perishable food items throughout the year,” said Marple. “But the need is especially great in the winter months. The students are reaching out to the community to ask residents to consider donating a few items when they come to vote.”

The Student Directors from the Sherborn Community Center will be at the Sherborn Town Hall lobby welcoming residents and collecting cans for this cause.
